Undergraduate Research Assistant
I am Angela Jones, an undergraduate architecture major, minoring in anthropology.
I have always been interested in research and used to compete in the Iowa State Science Fair in middle and high school. I want to help make a difference in people’s lives, and CommHEAT does that while combining many of my interests, including architecture, the environment, and research that helps the public.
In my role as an undergraduate research assistant, I;
- Assist professors and graduate student researchers conduct experiments, maintain them, and collect data
- Help with preliminary review and analysis of collected data
- Learn modeling and analysis processes from graduate students so I can assist if needed
